June 27, 2018. Junior research fellow of the Geoinformatics and Geomagnetic Research Laboratory of GC RAS D. Kudin made a preliminary presentation of his PhD thesis at the National Research Tomsk State University for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences for the specialty 05.13.01. System analysis, management and processing of information.

Theme of the thesis: "Improving the speed of logical schemes by identifying false paths and synthesizing schemes in which the delay of each path is detectable".

Researchers of GC RAS congratulate Dmitry Vladimirovich and wish him further success!

April 19, 2024. The International Conference "Data Science, Geoinformatics and Systems Analysis in Geosciences" will be held on September 25-27, 2024 in Suzdal (Vladimir Oblast). The event is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Geophysical Center of RAS and the 300th anniversary of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

April 10, 2024. The RSF supported the project of the GC RAS "Determination of the Spatial and Temporal Structure of the Earth's Magnetic Field in the Vicinity of Geomagnetic Observatories of the Russian Federation with the Use of UAVs".

March 27, 2024. On March 27, 2024, at the Scientific Seminar of the GC RAS, Research Scientist of the Schmidt Institute of Physics of the Earth of RAS Yevgeny Fattakhov presented his report "Development of Methods for Long-term Series Analysis of Geodeformation Observations in Seismically Active and Oil and Gas Bearing Regions" (based on his PhD thesis).
