November 28, 2019. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, the Institute of Earthquake Prediction Theory and Mathematical Geophysics of RAS (IEPT RAS) celebrated its 30th anniversary. Director of GC RAS, Corr. Member of RAS A. A. Soloviev, scientific secretary R. I. Krasnoperov and Head of the laboratory of geophysical data B. A. Dzeboev took part in this event.

GC RAS and IEPT RAS have always been linked by the closest scientific and personal relationships. We wish IEPT RAS every success in further development, new scientific achievements and continuation of traditions formed over the past years.

April 19, 2024. The International Conference "Data Science, Geoinformatics and Systems Analysis in Geosciences" will be held on September 25-27, 2024 in Suzdal (Vladimir Oblast). The event is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Geophysical Center of RAS and the 300th anniversary of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

April 10, 2024. The RSF supported the project of the GC RAS "Determination of the Spatial and Temporal Structure of the Earth's Magnetic Field in the Vicinity of Geomagnetic Observatories of the Russian Federation with the Use of UAVs".

April 5, 2024. Deputy Director for Science of the GC RAS D.Sc. Boris Dzeboev took part in the V. P. Fyodorov Arctic Seminar.

March 27, 2024. On March 27, 2024, at the Scientific Seminar of the GC RAS, Research Scientist of the Schmidt Institute of Physics of the Earth of RAS Yevgeny Fattakhov presented his report "Development of Methods for Long-term Series Analysis of Geodeformation Observations in Seismically Active and Oil and Gas Bearing Regions" (based on his PhD thesis).
