February 14, 2024. On February 6, 2024, there was issued the decree of the Presidium of RAS «On Approval of Candidates for the Positions of Heads of Scientific Organizations».

In accordance with Federal Law № 253-FZ of September 27, 2013 and Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation № 521 of June 5, 2014, the Presidium of RAS approved the following candidates for the position of head of the Geophysical Center of RAS:

April 24, 2024. On April 23, 2024, the Presidium of RAS unanimously supported the decision of the expert commission of RAS to award the Golitsyn Prize to Chief Scientist of the GC RAS, Academician of RAS Alexey Gvishiani and Director of the GC RAS, Corresponding Member of RAS Anatoly Soloviev.
