May 14, 2019. A delegation of GC RAS paid an official visit to the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (NASB). It included: Acting Director, corresponding member of RAS Anatoly Soloviev, supervisor, Chief Scientist Academician Alexei Gvishiani and head of the laboratory of geophysical data Boris Dzeboev.

The following participants took part in the meeting: Academician-Secretary of the Department of Physics, Mathematics and Informatics, member of the Presidium of NASB Academician Valentin Orlovich, Director of the Center for Geophysical Monitoring of NASB Gennady Aronov, Deputy Director Rustam Seroglazov, Head of the Observatory "Naroch" of the Central State Scientific Library of NASB Arkady Aronov and Deputy Director for Research of the Institute of Physics (IF NASB) Maxim Bogdanovich.

During the meeting, the sides discussed various issues related to equipping the Pleshchenitsy Observatory with a set of modern magnetometers, conducting aeromagnetic surveys of the Republic of Belarus and the adjacent territory of the Russian Federation, manufacturing a fluxgate vector magnetometer, jointly participating in research projects of the Union State and filing applications for joint competitions o RFFI-BRFFR.
