A. Khokhlov visited the Pertsov White Sea Biological Station

June 21-29, 2018. Principal researcher of the laboratory of electronic publications of GC RAS, Doctor of Science (PhD) A. Khokhlov visited the Pertsov White Sea Biological Station of the Faculty of Biology, Lomonosov Moscow State University. The purpose of the expedition was to construct a non-magnetic pavilion to install high-precision magnetometric equipment. The site of the pavilion was chosen during the previous expedition, which took place in March 2018.

After the installation of the magnetometer, the station will become a full-fledged magnetic variation station. In the future, we plan to upgrade the station to the standard of a magnetic observatory.

April 10, 2024. The RSF supported the project of the GC RAS "Determination of the Spatial and Temporal Structure of the Earth's Magnetic Field in the Vicinity of Geomagnetic Observatories of the Russian Federation with the Use of UAVs".

April 5, 2024. Deputy Director for Science of the GC RAS D.Sc. Boris Dzeboev took part in the V. P. Fyodorov Arctic Seminar.

March 27, 2024. On March 27, 2024, at the Scientific Seminar of the GC RAS, Research Scientist of the Schmidt Institute of Physics of the Earth of RAS Yevgeny Fattakhov presented his report "Development of Methods for Long-term Series Analysis of Geodeformation Observations in Seismically Active and Oil and Gas Bearing Regions" (based on his PhD thesis).
