April 17, 2019. Leading Engineer of the Faculty of Space Research, Lomonosov Moscow State University, head of the Stratonavtika laboratory D.I. Efremov made a presentation on "Stratospheric projects and capabilities of the Stratonavtika aerospace laboratory" at a scientific seminar in the Belousov hall of GC RAS.

The speaker told the audience about the history of flights to the stratosphere, high-altitude aerostats, which are used for search and rescue monitoring, communication relaying etc., as well as the latest achievements of the Stratonavtika laboratory in the field of manned stratospheric flights.
