February 28, 2024. On February 28, 2024, a Scientific Seminar of the GC RAS was held online.

Bogdana Mandrikova presented her report "Method and Algorithms for Analyzing Cosmic Ray Signals in Anomaly Detection Tasks" based on her thesis. The author is a research scientist at the Institute of Cosmophysical Research and Radio Wave Propagation (the Far Eastern Branch of RAS) and an assistant at Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI".

The object of the study is the data of the global network of neutron monitors which record variations in the intensity of cosmic rays. The author presented the results of her thesis, which was aimed at modeling the data of cosmic ray variations and developing a method and algorithms for detecting anomalies
