October 1, 2024. On September 27, 2024, during the closing ceremony of the international conference "Data Science, Geoinformatics, and Systems Analysis in the Study of the Earth", high awards were presented to the staff of the Geophysical Center RAS on the 300th anniversary of RAS and the 70th anniversary of the GC RAS.

Member of the Presidium of RAS Academician of RAS Alexander Gliko presented jubilee medals "300 years of the Russian Academy of Sciences" to:

• Deputy Director for Science D.Sc. Boris Dzeboev
• Scientific Secretary PhD Roman Krasnoperov

A number of employees were awarded high departmental awards of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. The title of Honorary Worker of Science and High Technologies of the Russian Federation was awarded to Principal Research Scientist D.Sc. Vladimir Kaftan.

The awards of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation were presented in absentia to:
