December 11, 2025. On December 11, 2025, the 94th meeting of the Scientific Council of the GC RAS was held. The meeting was chaired by Chief Scientist, Academician of RAS Alexei Gvishiani and Director, Corresponding Member of RAS Anatoly Soloviev. They briefed the Council members on the key events of the General Meeting of the RAS Members held on December 9, 2025.

Boris Dzeboev, D.Sc., Scientific Secretary of the Scientific Council of RAS for the Studies of the Arctic and Antarctic, Deputy Director for Science at the GC RAS and Chief of the Laboratory of Geoinformatics and the Arctic Big Data, reported on the participation of RAS Scientific Council members in events in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

The heads of scientific research presented the principal results of the work in 2025. The speakers were Viktor Tatarinov, Corresponding Member of RAS and Chief of the Laboratory of Geodynamics; D.Sc. Boris Dzeboev; Roman Sidorov, PhD and Leading Research Scientist at Laboratory of Geoinformatics and Geomagnetic Studies; Boris Dzeranov, PhD and Chief of the Laboratory of Geophysical Data; Dmitry Kudin, Chief of the Geophysical Monitoring Sector.

The Scientific Council selected the most significant scientific achievements of the GC RAS in 2025.

Finally, Roman Krasnoperov, PhD, Scientific Secretary, presented an overview of the publication activity of the scientists at the GC RAS.
