March 13, 2026. On March 13, 2026, the Geophysical Center RAS was visited by D.Sc. Irina Shadrina, Director of the Education Department of the All-Russian Institute of Scientific and Technical Information RAS; PhD Zhanna Vasilyeva, member of the Scientific Council of RAS for the Studies of the Arctic and Antarctic (hereinafter referred to as the Scientific Council), Senior Research Scientist at the Kola Science Centre of the RAS and Head of Department at Murmansk Arctic University; and D.Sc. Mikhail Vasekha, Leading Research Scientist at the Kola Science Centre of the RAS and Murmansk Arctic University.

The GC RAS was represented by Academician of RAS Alexey Gvishiani, Chief Scientist of the GC RAS and Chairman of the Scientific Council; Corresponding Member of RAS Anatoly Soloviev, Director of the GC RAS and Member of the Bureau of the Scientific Council; and D.Sc. Boris Dzeboev, Deputy Director for Science of the GC RAS and Scientific Secretary of the Scientific Council.

Representatives of the GC RAS acquainted the guests with the key areas of its scientific work. The meeting discussed prospects for joint projects in the field of data integration and dissemination for the Arctic region, as well as other issues.
