May 28, 2020. The first online meeting on the 15th anniversary Science Festival "NAUKA 0+" took place in Moscow.

The main topic of the All-Russian Festival in 2020 is Physics of the Future, which will become especially relevant in connection with the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Russian nuclear industry. The 2020 Anniversary Festival will also be dedicated to the technologies of the future in energy, medicine, artificial intelligence and other areas of physics that will determine the development of humanity in the coming centuries.

The program of the meeting discussed general issues on organizing and holding the Festival of Science in new conditions - participation formats, online and offline event sites, a lecture program and much more. A. A. Odintsova, researcher of the Laboratory of Innovative Projects represented GC RAS at the meeting.

March 27, 2024. On March 27, 2024, at the Scientific Seminar of the GC RAS, Research Scientist of the Schmidt Institute of Physics of the Earth of RAS Yevgeny Fattakhov presented his report "Development of Methods for Long-term Series Analysis of Geodeformation Observations in Seismically Active and Oil and Gas Bearing Regions" (based on his PhD thesis).

March 27, 2024. On March 26, 2024, at a meeting of the Bureau of the Department of Earth Sciences of RAS, Director of the Geophysical Center of RAS Corresponding Member of RAS Anatoly Soloviev was awarded the Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" 2nd grade.

March 21, 2024. On March 21, 2024, a regular meeting of the Scientific Council was held at the Geophysical Center of RAS.

March 13, 2024. On March 13, 2024, at the Scientific Seminar of the GC RAS, PhD Alexey Morozov presented his report "Seismicity of the Western Sector of the Russian Arctic and Adjacent Territories during the Instrumental Observation Period".
