October 5, 2023. On October 5, 2023, Leading Researcher of the Geophysical Center Dr. Sc. (Phys.-Math.) Sergey Anatolyevich Lebedev delivered a lecture «Satellite monitoring of the Caspian Sea» at the P. L. Kapitsa School 1557. In this regard, he was awarded for active participation in the All—Russian educational campaign «Scientists to schools» within the framework of the Science 0+ Festival.

«Scientists to Schools» is one of the key events of the Decade of Science and Technology. The campaign is designed to attract talented young people to science. Scientists come to schools with popular lectures on the subject of their research and answer students' questions. The project aims to form a communication channel between scientists and educational institutions, popularize science among schoolchildren, and shape an image of the successful scientist.
