June 21, 2024. On June 21, 2024, the 86th meeting of the Scientific Council of the GC RAS was held.

The meeting was opened by Chief Scientist of the GC RAS Academician of RAS Alexey Gvishiani.

Leading Research Scientist PhD Roman Sidorov presented the report "System Analysis of Extreme Phenomena in the Dynamics of the Electromagnetic Field of the Earth and Circumterrestrial Space" (based on his thesis).

Speeches were made by the scientific consultant, Director of the GC RAS Corresponding Member of RAS Anatoly Soloviev and the reviewer, D.Sc. Prof. Vyacheslav Pilipenko.

As a result, recommendations were given on opponents and external reviewing organization.
