December 2, 2025. Information about the 5th All-Russian School for Young Scientists "System Analysis of the Dynamics of Natural Processes in the Russian Arctic" was featured in a brochure for the "Third Semester" Initiative. This initiative is part of the Decade of Science and Technology. The brochure was presented at the 5th Young Scientists Congress, held on November 26–28 at the Sirius University of Science and Technology. It highlights various research seasonal schools and educational events.

Held for the fifth time in 2025, the School focuses on pressing issues related to the comprehensive study and development of the North. The Arctic zone is currently Russia's least-studied region in terms of assessing the impact of natural processes on its development. At the School, the region is explored through a scientific program featuring lectures by leading scientists and specialists.

The “Third Semester” Initiative aims to develop summer and winter schools for students and young scientists, organized by universities and research institutes.
